Access to the booking tool via Dalata Agency Connect for unrivalled hotel rates and content, with the ability to ‘Pay Now’ or ‘Pay Later’ and the flexibility on cancellation up to 2pm on the day of arrival.
Our booking tool, will allow you to book and manage all transactions from one site, with the ability to show up-to-date reservations; all displaying the commissions earned which are payable via Onyx after departure.

- Please ensure your IATA number entered is the address registered to the IATA (if applicable)
- Once you have created an account, our Team will authorise your access, granting you the preferential rates and access to book

Dalata Hotel Group offers standard travel agency commission for Ireland Hotels 10% & for UK Hotels 8%. This varies by hotel and will only apply to accommodation; room hire and possibly pre-booked food. General public & other commissionable rates include Best Available Rate, Travel Management Companies & Consortia rates.
Dalata Hotel Group offers commission payable to Travel Agents at the time of the guests stay on all actualised reservations sold on a commissionable rate; (including but not limited to: travel agents, conference suppliers, and other bookers representing groups, sporting organisations, or meeting and events clients).
Travel agency commission is paid on booked rate + any applicable VAT.
Commissionable Business includes transient and group accommodation, meeting space rental, day delegate packages, banqueting and pre-booked food but excludes wines, beers, spirits, champagnes and ancillary services, including audio visual equipment and equipment hire.
Dalata Hotel group will process commission for actualised reservations, provided that an industry accreditation/membership number or agreement with Dalata Hotel Group is present at the time of booking.
Dalata Hotel Group preferred method for commission is via Onyx Centre Source. All transient, group & meeting commission will be forwarded to Onyx for payment processing.
