H2 2026
Maldron Hotel Croke Park, Dublin
This new Maldron hotel will be a 4-star property located adjacent to Croke Park Stadium in central Dublin. The hotel, which will be located on the junction of Clonliffe Road and Jones's Road will also enjoy excellent connectivity to the air, road and rail network, with Drumcondra Train station and Aircoach stop a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel will also benefit from its proximity to Dublin's city centre, the IFSC and exciting new developments such as the Technological University campus at Grangegorman. The hotel will have approximately 200 bedrooms, a business centre with 6 meeting rooms, together with bar and restaurant facilities. Dalata will operate the hotel on a 35-year Operating Lease. Planning permission has been approved for this development with the hotel expected to open in H2 2026.

Clayton Hotel at St. Andrew's Square, Edinburgh
The development site, which is superbly located fronting on to St. Andrew’s Square, one of the most prestigious areas in Edinburgh and within close proximity to the city’s key corporate and leisure demand drivers, was acquired in September 2023 for a total consideration of £12.5 million.
Following a successful revised planning application, the Clayton hotel will incorporate 172 bedrooms, a bar, restaurant, dry gym and two large meeting rooms with stunning period features on the first floor overlooking St. Andrew’s Square.
The project is expected to complete by H2 2026.

H2 2027
Extension at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport
Dalata are adding an extension to its existing hotel at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The project will comprise a 9-storey 216 bedroom extension to the existing 365 bedroom hotel. The estimated investment of £40 million also provides for a refurbishment of the ground floor and a portion of bedrooms. The extension is targeted to complete in H2 2027.

Clayton Hotel at Old Broad Street, London
Dalata has exchanged an agreement for lease for a new 4-star Clayton hotel to be developed on the Tower 42 Estate in the City of London.
Due to open in the second half of 2028 subject to planning approval, the full-service Clayton hotel will be developed at 20 Old Broad Street, EC2 in the heart of the City, incorporating 154 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar and gym. The all-electric building will include state-of-the-art heat pump technology and target a BREEAM excellent accreditation. The Tower 42 Estate is conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street and Bank Stations and their extensive National Rail, London Underground, Elizabeth line (Crossrail) and bus services, providing excellent connectivity across London.

Extension at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane, Dublin
Dalata are adding an extension to its existing hotel at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane. This 4 star property is located in Dublin’s docklands, in the heart of the city. The area has a strong presence of multinational technology firms and is within close proximity to Dublin city centre shopping and the iconic Dublin attractions. The additional 115 new bedrooms will complement the new Meeting and Events centre which was completed in November 2020. The extension is at the pre-construction phase with planning permission secured. The opening date for this project is currently under review.
